Terms of Service

Thank you for considering HEROS TOKYO. To maintain safe and fair operations, the following rules are strictly enforced. Please read carefully before booking.

Violations of any rule below will result in immediate termination of service, a ban from future use, and a penalty fee of ¥100,000 per incident.

Eligibility

• Persons under 18 years of age and high school students are not permitted to use our service.
• Our service is not available to women regardless of age.

Booking & Cancellation

• Boy changes, cancellations, or switches after booking confirmation are not accepted. Please contact us for schedule changes.
• Changes after meeting the boy will be charged 100% of the total amount.
• Cancellation fees: Free until 2 days before, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day of your reservation (also 100% for no-shows).
• Private booking cancellation: 50% within 14 days, 100% within 1 day.
• Cancellations due to inability to understand these terms will result in a ban from future use.

Strictly Prohibited Acts

• Unprotected anal sex, oral ejaculation, or any coercion/suggestion thereof (including negotiation)
• Forcing or suggesting hair removal or hair coloring
• Offering cigarettes or alcohol to underage boys
• Threatening behavior or statements (e.g., "I know your school/workplace," references to organized crime, threats of physical harm)
• Rimming, urophagia, unhygienic acts, or facial ejaculation (refused for STI prevention)
• Violent acts or acts causing external injuries (including irrumatio, hickeys, etc.)
• Continuing play when the boy is in discomfort or pain
• Involvement with boys from other services in the same session

Photography & Privacy

• All photography and video recording is strictly prohibited (including partial body shots or pointing a phone camera)
• Security cameras must be covered (not just switched off). If not possible, please use our private room or a hotel.
• Unauthorized use of profile photos: ¥30,000 per image per day
• If filming is discovered: ¥6,000,000 per boy as appearance fee, plus police report for voyeurism
• Unauthorized reproduction of any HEROS TOKYO content: ¥150,000 per image + ¥1,000/day
• Impersonation on dating apps will result in criminal prosecution

Respect for Boys' Privacy

• Do not inquire about boys' personal information (school, nearest station, etc.)
• Do not give the boy your contact information (including notes, business cards)
• Do not ask for the boy's contact information or personal details
• Do not bring up internet forum topics — some boys perceive this as threatening
• Do not recruit boys for other services or video productions

Hygiene & Service Rules

• Guests with long fingernails may be refused anal play; guests with rough facial hair may be refused kissing (injury prevention)
• Please shower before the session. Service may be refused if shower is declined.
• Rooms without a bathroom or shower booth cannot be used for outcalls.
• If the room is clearly unsanitary, the boy may terminate the session without refund.
• If there are signs of bleeding, rashes, or STI symptoms, the boy may refuse play for safety.
• Please check the boy's Top/Bottom availability before booking.

Overnight Stays

• Minimum 5 hours of sleep time must be guaranteed for the boy.
• Failure to provide adequate sleep time may result in refusal of future service or an additional charge of ¥44,000.

Time & Logistics

• Arrival may vary by 15-30 minutes due to transportation. We appreciate your understanding.
• Time spent together = session time (including any voluntary rides/escorts by the guest).
• Do not visit the private room directly — please wait at the designated meeting point.
• Our private rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violation fee: ¥100,000

Liability

• We are not responsible for any lost items in our rooms or at outcall locations.
• Please use the safe provided in our private rooms for valuables.
• If a boy cancels due to illness, we cannot cover hotel or transportation costs.
• If the guest's behavior causes cancellation or early termination, no refund will be provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are excessively rude or intoxicated.
